We designed one module of a telecom billing and revenue platform properly, and it produced 65 components and 11 reusable patterns. Twenty journeys are now designed against that library. Each one starts with an audit, and the delta is the only new design work.
The first module carried the cost. Every module after it reuses instead of reinventing.
